YES! It’s happened to my uncle. He tried to get more chips and instead it built a password-getter thing onto his computer so that everything he typed was written in a small wordpad. His account was then hacked of all his chips.
I would not recommend it, especially if you have important stuff on it like credit card details

It all depends on whatever the poker companies Terms of Service say.
If it states in the Terms of Service that third party software is prohibited then yah you can get in trouble. It really all depends on the company for the consequences as it can range from a ban to legal action.

well asking illegal question on a site like this publicly isnt a good start. poker bots dont sound like a good idea coz i dont think they would be very good. they probably couldn’t tell if a bet is a bluff or not. your betta off just getting a job. strange i know but give it a shot and apparently you get paid once every fortnight. neat huh?
