Here is a link to a couple sites that accept USA players and have a lot of freerolls. One of them has a $10,000 freeroll. These sites are USA legal, so you can use your credit card there.

Hard to say which one has the best freerolls. Daily freerolls on poker sites are not of that large value. Instead you should be looking for special promotion freerolls & freerolls with passwords, though this will mean you will have to download and register at several poker rooms.
Check and maybe you’ll find a few good. Otherwise you should check out where there’s a good compiled list of no deposit bonuses and surely be able to build a bankroll for free easy.
